The Refined Interiors Process
Phase #1: Discovery
After an initial zoom call, we will meet you in your home for a consultation where we get to know you and your space, discuss project goals, scope, and timeline.
Then, the design team goes to work generating conceptual ideas and solutions collaborating with a contractor, if needed.
Our first official presentation will include preliminary space/furniture plans, conceptual mood boards with color and design inspiration, and an investment estimate.
Phase #2: Design
The fun part! We infuse our conceptual ideas into the design of your perfect home.
We develop technical drawings, meet with tradespeople, and source all of the design elements needed to make your house feel like home.
At the end of this phase we will present a fully developed design, with renderings and physical samples to touch and feel.
Phase #3: Execution
Now it is time to bring your unique design to life.
We purchase everything and manage the entire project execution to ensure every detail is perfect.
