The Refined Interiors Design Process
Discovery Phase
After an initial Discovery call, we will meet you in your home for a consultation. We will discuss project goals, scope, and timeline. Then, the design team goes to work generating ideas and solutions while curating some conceptual ideas. We will present preliminary space/furniture plans, conceptual mood boards with color and design inspiration, and an investment estimate.
Design Development Phase
The fun part! In this phase, we infuse our conceptual ideas into the design of your perfect home.
We develop technical drawings, meet with tradespeople, and source all of the design elements needed to make your house feel like home. At the end of this phase we will present a fully developed design, with renderings and physical samples to touch and feel.
Execution & The Big Reveal
Now it is time to bring your unique design to life. We purchase everything, inspect all items, meet with tradespeople for installations, and manage the entire project execution to ensure every detail is perfect.
Depending on scope, we will schedule the Big Reveal! On this very exciting day, we ask that you leave the house while our team installs all of your new furniture, complete with accessories and styling. When you return to your home it will be transformed into the beautiful, functional home of your dreams! The end result always exceeds expectations.
